The Smart, Quiet Way to Reclaim Your Yard
Nothing ruins a good evening outdoors faster than the high-pitched whine of a mosquito buzzing in your ear. You swat, spray, light candles—but somehow, they keep coming back. And it’s not just the annoyance. Mosquitoes are considered one of the most dangerous pests on the planet because of the diseases they carry, from West Nile Virus to Zika and more.
For families, pets, and anyone who enjoys their backyard, that’s more than just frustrating—it’s a real health concern.
That’s why we don’t just chase mosquitoes around. At Pest Control Center, we use a smarter, long-term approach with our Pests+ monthly mosquito program, built around a system called In2Care. It’s quiet, discreet, and incredibly effective—and it uses the mosquitoes’ own behavior against them.
How It Works: Making the Mosquito Do the Work
Most mosquito treatments rely on spraying. But that only gets the adults—and only the ones out in the open. Eggs and larvae in hidden breeding sites? Still there.
Here’s what we do instead:
We install In2Care traps in key outdoor areas. When a female mosquito lands inside the trap (she’s the one doing all the biting and egg-laying), she picks up a combination of larvicide and fungicide. These agents attach to her body, specifically her legs, and she becomes a carrier—unknowingly spreading the larvicide to other water sources and nesting sites nearby.
Everywhere she goes, she contaminates those sites, killing larvae before they ever hatch. At the same time, the fungicide begins to work through her system. It weakens her ability to fly, reducing her ability to bite, and eventually kills her—stopping the cycle completely.
Because mosquitoes rarely travel more than 100 to 200 feet from where they hatch, this targeted approach shuts down the mosquito population in your immediate area with precision—without soaking your lawn in chemicals.

Frequently Asked Questions
A set of two industry leading In2Care mosquito stations will be installed in designated areas by the technician. When a female mosquito lands inside the trap, she picks up a combination of larvicide and fungicide. She spreads the larvicide to other breeding sites, effectively reducing the mosquito population.
Our licensed technicians place In2Care stations in shaded, vegetated areas. Female mosquitoes enter, pick up eco-friendly larvicide and fungicide, and spread it to other breeding sites, killing larvae and adults within days. This disrupts the mosquito life cycle for lasting results.
Yes! When used to label specifics, the eco-friendly biocides in In2Care stations have low toxicity and minimal impact on people, pets, birds, or beneficial insects like bees. Our licensed technicians place stations in designated areas and secure them to ensure safety.
Eliminate standing water in pots, gutters, or birdbaths to reduce breeding sites. Keep grass trimmed and follow our licensed technicians’ instructions during regular service visits. Schedule a free pests evaluation to optimize station placement for your yard.
